I, Burkhard Kosche, bass, completed my vocal studies at the Dresden Academy of Music. There I sang Sarastro ("Die Zauberflöte") and Kasper (Die Schlüsseloper/UA), at the Serkowitz Volksoper also Sarastro and Komthur (Don Giovanni), Balthasar in Schumann's Genoveva at the Semperoper and Marquese d'Obigny (La Traviata) at the Chemnitz Opera.
I gave my first recital in Munich in 2013 at Schloss Nymphenburg. In 2015 I sang the Basso-Profondo in the CD premiere recording of the Augsburg Requiem by Orlando di Lasso.
After the grim Hagen in "Die Lustigen Nibelungen" I now sing Butler Brassett in "Charley's Aunt" at the Munich Chamber Opera.
At the Hofspielhaus Munich I investigated as a commissioner in "Kriminaltango", am Dr. Siedler in "Weißes Rössl" and play in "Der Sängerkrieg der Heidehasen".
I am a special prize winner of the Lotte-Lehmann-Woche, Perleberg.
Currently I am engaged in the choir of the Bavarian State Opera.
At "LaTriviata - Die ImproOper" I invent operas live on stage since 2015.
I am a founding member of AuditivVokal and sang last 2019 at the "Kinder" in the Frauenkirche Dresden.
