Vision Europe

For the first time, AuditivVokal Dresden is a guest at the Festival of European Church Music in Schwäbisch-Gmünd.

The festival, which takes place annually, aims to
themes for the human being. This year's programme is based on the theme "Vision Europe".

The "Vision Europe" programme was developed especially for this year's festival theme and includes works from the productions "Vox populi. The Sound of Democracy" (2017) "Vocal Music for a European Dialogue" (2019) and the world premiere of Vladimir Rannev's "To Joy" (2020).

In recent years, characteristics of European life such as democratic culture, relatively flat hierarchies, evolved diversity and civic engagement have come under
put to the test. With a resurgence of despotic forms of rule and the rise of China and its formative power in the global economy, European civil society is facing strong competition. Under Corona conditions, polarisations are coming to a head, which above all also affect our understanding of democracy. With the motto "Vision Europe", we invite you to experience musical visualisations of Europe's cultural roots and possibilities.

Ticket sales will be announced at a later date!
